11:30 am The SRWC Annual Meeting

All members are encouraged to attend the SRWC Annual Meeting prior to lunch. SRWC

President Debbie Baker will present “A Year in Review”, the Nominating Committee will present

the slate of officers and board members for 2023-2024 and revisions to our bylaws for approval

by the membership. There is no cost for attending the annual meeting however we request that

members register in advance (use link below) so that we will have adequate seating available.

12:00 pm The SRWC Celebration of Giving Luncheon

A buffet lunch will be served by Marcello’s Cucina Italiana consisting of: Cheese ravioli with marinara, chicken marsala and two types of salad with dessert provided by Hot Lava Bakery.  This month’s luncheon will be a celebration of the impact SRWC has made in our community with our support of nonprofit agency's projects.  The SRWC Community Grant recipients will be on hand to thank you personally for the donation of time and money put forward to help bring positive change in south Deschutes County.

Seating: Limited to reservations only.  *Registration starts on March 27th and closes April 10th

The Art Meets Wine in the High Desert event team asks that members consider donating

bottles of red or white wine for the Wine Wall at the Art Meets Wine fundraising event on Saturday, May 20. We ask that each bottle has a value of $20 or more.

Cost: $30.  Beginning in March, we will be asking members to pay for monthly luncheons in advance, either online with a credit card or by mailing a check by the deadline. There is no longer a transaction fee for credit card payments so the price is the same as paying at the door. Since we reserve our meals on the Tuesday prior to each luncheon, your check should reach us by the Monday prior to the luncheon so your account can be credited. Checks should can be mailed to our new address: Sunriver Women’s Club, 18160 Cottonwood Road, PMB 865, Sunriver, OR 97707. We thank you in advance for understanding, please reach out if you have questions or concerns, programs@sunriverwomensclub.org.
