On May 4th we are reintroducing our past Friendship Hike for a combined Hearty Soles & Midsoles hike. Join us for a walk in the Sunriver area.  It is a chance to reconnect with old friends and make some new friends.  Be ready to walk at 10 a.m. Park in  the Village near Village Bar and Grill restaurant.   We will walk 5 miles in the Sunriver area and return for lunch.  

Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, sunscreen and maybe a hat.  If possible, bring cash to pay for lunch.   Carolyn Spaniol from Hearty Soles & Wendy Paris from Midsoles are leading this walk.
