RESCHEDULED TO JULY 2 due to winter conditions on the trail

Upper Chush Falls via Whychus Creek Falls trail 

This is an out and back 5.9 mile hike and is considered moderate.  It has 853 feet of elevation gain.

Meet at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 9:00 am to carpool to the trailhead, low clearance vehicles are not recommended.  It is about an hour and 15 minute drive from Sunriver.

Plan to spend 2-1/2 to 3 hours hiking the trail. A co-leader, who lives in Sunriver, is needed as the hike leader lives outside the area & will meet the group at the trailhead.

Trail conditions will be provided the around the first week of May; after a pre-hike is completed.   - winter conditions

What to bring:  Please bring plenty of water, food/snacks, bug spray, sunscreen and hiking poles (if you use them).

Ice cream in Sisters on the way home will be a nice treat.
