Tumalo State Park to Riley Ranch Winter Hike  RESCHEDULED

When: Monday, FEBRUARY 9, 9:00 am

Info: Meet at HTCC on Cottonwood to carpool to Tumalo State Park, plan on leaving at 9:00 am. We will go to lunch at The Bite in Tumalo after the hike. 

Description: Join us for this 7 mile out and back hike from Tumalo State Park to Riley Ranch Nature Preserve, generally considered an easy trail. We will be parking at Tumalo State Park, a State Park Pass is required. Bring water, snacks, money for lunch, poles if desired. Dress for weather, in layers. 

When considering signing up for this event, please review the specifics (e.g. distance, elevation gain, trail surface - gravel, rocky, soft sand etc.) to determine if this event matches your fitness level." 

Gear: Hat, gloves, water, electrolytes, snacks, hiking poles, sturdy hiking shoes, microspikes, layered clothing, $4 for drivers, money for lunch.
