Annual Meeting

April 21, 2026 at Benham Hall, SHARC:  Doors open at 10:45 am. 

11:00 am The SRWC Annual Meeting

All members are encouraged to attend the SRWC Annual Meeting.

SRWC President Brigitte Bourret will present “A Year in Review”.

The Nominating Committee will present the slate of officers and board members for 2026-2027 for approval by the membership.

There is no cost for attending the annual meeting however we request members register in advance so that we will have adequate seating available.  

NOTE:  To ALSO attend the Celebration of Giving Luncheon, please register separately at:  https://sunriverwomensclub.org/event-6326350.

Both registrations open March 23.  

There will be an opportunity to visit with community grant recipients and SRWC members in between the Annual Meeting and the beginning of the luncheon at 11:45 pm.

Need to cancel? 

On the SRWC website, go to calendar and click on the event.  Click "Already Registered."  Click "Cancel.” On the APP, go to "My tickets."  Click CANCEL below the time/date.

NOTE:  This event may be photographed and your image may be used in promotion of the Sunriver Women's Club.

The Art Meets Wine in the High Desert event is coming up on May 30, 2026 at the SHARC.  The planning team will be available at this luncheon to accept donated bottles of wine valued at $20 or more for the wine wall. Last year, the wine wall generated over $4,500 for the philanthropy program!  Thank you in advance for your support.
