Plated romaine salad with Greek olives, feta cheese, cherry tomato, herb coulis served with white balsamic vinaigrette or O/V

Buffet Entrees/Sides: Chili seared ling cod with mango-onion slaw and a saffron buerre blanc (GF); Prime eye of ribeye, roasted garlic and horseradish mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, guajillo chili tomato sauce (GF); and Roasted garlic and herb ricotta stuffed jumbo shells, parsnip puree, steamed asparagus, coconut curry sauce, and sweet cherry peppers

Plated dessert: Chocolate caramel tart with whipped cream and berries

Buy a Game Prize Ticket for $25. Only one ticket per person so there is a limited number of entries. Game Tickets will also be sold at the event. 

The prize: Two nights Riverview Lodging at the scenic Best Western Plus Hood River Inn* along the Columbia Gorge, a $150 gift certificate to the Riverside restaurant at the hotel, two premium tickets for a Mount Hood Railroad tour, a gift card to award-winning pFriem Family Brewers along the waterfront, and more!

There will be no registration tickets sold at the event. 

Everyone must be pre-registered.
