This month's speaker is Jessica Mortimer.  Originally from Philadelphia, Jessica has been a personal chef since 2006. After a long break, the craziness of Covid brought the need for her skills in the kitchen to be shared once again and thus, In The Fridge Personal Chef Service was born. The focus is on healthy meals made with ingredients in season. When she's not hiking, mountain biking, scuba diving, or sitting on a beach, she's in the kitchen trying a new recipe!

Menu choices are:

- Smoke pork tenderloin with a basil mushroom cream, green beans and mashed potatoes

- Chef’s salad with romaine, turkey, ham, cooked egg, Swiss and cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes and ranch dressing

- Stuffed acorn squash with pomegranate/currant sauce, grilled asparagus

Dessert is a gluten free brownie with vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Seating: Limited to reservations only.  *Registration starts on September 25th

Cost: $30 without dessert and $35 with dessert.  We will be asking members to pay for monthly luncheons in advance online with a credit card. Paying in advance is necessary to ensure that our meal count is confirmed and helps to save volunteer time, as the treasurers do not have to manage money at the door.
